My name is Ermira Kollarja and I am the Registerd Manager for Osmanthus Care LTD.
I have worked in the support/care sector for about 14 years and am privileged and honoured to bring my professional experience into the leadership of Osmanthus Care.
One of my greatest sources of joy is to see people achieve whatever they aspire in life, despite the difficulties or obstructions life may bring along.
At Osmanthus Care Ltd. we take very seriously the aspirations of the people we support, and we strongly feel it is our duty to support them in achieving their goals no matter how big or small they might seem.

Our Aims and Objectives
Osmanthus Care Ltd aims to deliver best value services meeting individuals’ needs in their own environment or in the community. Osmanthus Care Ltd will promote a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care Practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and quality control.
OBJECTIVES
– To ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non- discriminatory fashion while enabling the individuals supported to make informed choices and take risks as part of encouraging their independence.
– To ensure that the Care is delivered in accordance with agreed outcomes with local authorities, circle of support and individual Care Agreements
– To manage and implement a formal programme of staff recruitment and development
– To match the nominated care worker as closely as possible with the individual supported and respecting the need to change the care worker if in the best interest of the individual we support
– To manage the Care and Support Service efficiently and effectively to make best use of resources and maximise value for money for the individuals using the service.
– To be recognised nationally as a provider of choice based on traceable record of quality services that promotes good quality and efficient care
