Osmanthus Care is a family-run care agency, small enough to really care and big enough to provide reliable and consistent cover. Ermira and her team cared for my husband for two years on a daily basis, providing very complex personal care that involved hoisting and wound care. The team treated him with utter respect and involved him wherever possible, and his care was always given in a dignified manner. The team also respected our home, used shoe covers and cleaned up after their work was done. The weekly shifts were manned by a small team who all knew my husband and his needs, and he in turn liked to interact with them. If I ever had questions or concerns, I was able to speak to the carers on shift or contact Ermira, who would always get back to me immediately and find solutions. I can’t thank Osmanthus Care enough for all they have done for our family in supporting us during a very challenging time. Having had experience with other care agencies, I would recommend Osmanthus Care over all of them.
