Osmanthus Care Ltd offers its services to individuals’ irrespective of their race or ethnic origin, creed, colour, religion, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood, sexual gender, sexual orientation and disabilities or impairments.
The sole criterion for accepting an individual supported is the perceived ability of the organisation to provide assessed care needs.
Our service is tailored to individuals’ preferences supporting them to live independently in their communities. Osmanthus Care Ltd will assess individuals’ needs including any risks involved in meeting those needs.
We will agree what care and support you require from us and how we will work with you to meet your outcomes.
Our service can be temporary, or a more stable package plan, as agreed with the individual or the people in their support circle.
We will strive to offer good quality care, be it for an hour a day or 24/7, as per request.
